1. Donations (Cards or Financial Gifts)
All donations made to The Kardz For Kids Foundation—whether financial contributions or card donations—are non-refundable.
This includes:

One-time or recurring financial donations

Card donations (sealed, graded, or loose)

Shipping costs covered by the donor
Once a donation is received and processed, it becomes the property of Kardz For Kids INC and is used to support our charitable mission. If a donation was made in error, please contact us within 3 business days and we will do our best to help.

2. Whatnot Sales
All sales made through The Kardz For Kids Foundation's Whatnot streams are final and non-refundable. This includes:

Spins on the prize wheel

Ripped or shipped cards

Shipping fees collected through Whatnot
Due to the nature of randomized prizes and limited inventory, we cannot offer returns or refunds once a spin or sale is complete.
If an item arrives damaged, missing, or there is an error with your order:

Please contact us at hello@kardzforkidz.org within 7 days of delivery

Include your name, stream date, and photos (if applicable)

We’ll do our best to make it right within reason and availability
3. Merchandise Sales
If you purchase merchandise (shirts, hats, accessories, etc.) through our website or Whatnot store, we accept:

Returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unused items

Items must be in original condition and packaging

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
We do not accept returns on:

Custom-printed or made-to-order items

Final sale or clearance merchandise
